As organizations digitally integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities with Human Resources (HR) functions, it releases new possibilities for efficiency, objectivity, and the ability to make strategic decisions. From making recruitment processes more efficient to using AI systems to help with personalized employee experiences, these programs have now become essential tools in the HR armoury. However, Along with these great advances come unintended consequences. External attackers are always looking for ways to exploit AI systems. This poses great risks to both the organizational integrity of companies and the personal privacy rights of employee data, as well as programmes in general operations that are carried out effectively.
Model Poisoning: Attackers may poison the machine learning models used in HR by poisoning their training data.
